Thoughts
The main battlefield of spiritual warfare is our thoughts. And before we deal with evil spirits in the heavenly places, we should start by having our thought renewed.
The fight is three-pronged, so we need to:
Crucify our flesh;
Renew our intelligence;
Cast out the demons if we are brought to meet them.
It is essential to ensure wthat we let enter our hearts. The devil tries to introduce into our minds many thoughts that are external to us, his purpose being to make us doubt the goodness and righteousness of God.
The thoughts of God come from our inner being; they flow into our intelligence through the channel of our spirit which has been regenerated in the New Birth.
By maintaining close intimacy with the Lord through prayer, meditation and study of His Word, we will learn to distinguish from whom our thoughts come.
Actions always follow what we think
Proverbs 23: 7 « 7For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he » KJV
Proverbs 23:7 teaches us that we are like our thoughts, reason more to watch over them because they have a major influence on the actions we make in everyday life.
Fear

Fear is the business of Satan’s best mind, his preferred means to enslave men, steal their inner peace and thus keep them under his control.
Satan is a thief, a thief of peace who roams around them tirelessly, sowing fear. Job feared losing his material possessions and so it was. For fear is a seed that one eventually harvests. Job had what he feared.
Our fears prevent us from fulfilling our destiny because they stifle the power of the Holy Spirit within us, reducing it to the limits of our faith in God’s love for us.
It is not so much the feeling of fear that must question us since the Lord Jesus Christ Himself experienced it in the garden of Gethsemane. The key question is: what is our response to fear? Are we being paralyzed or forced to react disproportionately to the real danger?
It is written in the Bible, 365 times: «Do not be afraid». It is as if every day of the year, God repeated these same four words to us: “Do not be afraid”. He knows that it is impossible to live a life totally free from fear and by these four words, He wants us to remember that He is close to us, that He loves us.
After the disciples of the Lord Jesus were filled with the Holy Spirit, they were able to show courage and bravery in the face of threats and persecution that few of us will be led to experience in their life.
So let us also proclaim the victory of Christ in our lives and families and walk by the Holy Ghost, determined to no longer live under the tyranny of fear !
